ASIC have responded but have not answered my question, instead they have told me to read their web site and if I judge it necessary to make a formal complaint. Alternatively to seek my own professional advice !! Yes I have oodles of money for crusades like that ASIC
I was only asking them to tell me if directors subject to a spill can be re elected automatically because their non re election contravenes another rule !
