I'd like to think M3, although it is early days since the start of the one quickstep implementation, that we'll see some indication that the changes are starting to flow through even if minimal. What would be good is perhaps an update to guidance based on what's transpired so far, that would be good enough for me and show the company is on the right track. To see the full effect we'll need another quarter or two IMHO.
