One point in particular. The one which follows:

I could be wrong, and I hope I am, but, I wouldn't hold my breath for that to happen. To say all that, they would have to admit that they stuffed up all along and from the beginning of times, let alone having to tell us how much of OUR MONEY they have wasted thus far in this Frivolous issue.
Now, if I got that one right, it appears that another appeal could have been lodged against the previous appeal which followed another appeal, while the saga continues. All-the-while we are spending an absolute fortune.
One would be forgiven to think that, if an approach was made, and an offer put on the table at the time this litigation begun, it would have all been all over barr the shouting........but, like the JH case, it never happened and it ended up costing us way way more that it should have been. Let alone the millions and millions of dollars in legal fees.
Will history repeat itself once more here.??? It usually does. Especially when the chefs in the kitchen can't even agree between themselves if the rice has been cooked properly or not. And, when that happens, it usually end up in a mess and just been used as glue.
And don't forget that we have got not one, but two lawyers on the payroll too. And what do Lawyers likes the best...............Litigation of course......................Dear oh me..!!!
