Best thing to do is get some highly probable ICOs during presale/bonus period, hold onto them for a few, and sell once they are listed on Cryptopia or some other exchange. Most recently, I did this with ETN. Got in during presale at a penny a coin and during a semi high point when trading it for BTC and then trading BTC into money.
ETH is good to pick up on the dips as well.
