most likely suitors for sgl

I was looking back over the many threads on SGL in the days when QGC had a go at SGL and was interested to see posters comments back then.

Would anyone like to take a guess and post a reason for their choice as to which companies are to be part of the merger/takeover group that SGL announced earlier this month?

Could it be another attempt by QGC or how about AGL? Under the terms of the sale of 50% of the SGL's Camden Gas project to AGL, AGL will pay SGL up to an additional $51 million if the joint venture can prove up to an additional 500PJ of 1P Reserves by 31 December 2008.

Is SGL likely to prove up the additional reserves and if so why wouldnt AGL just takeover SGL and save the $51 million?
