Selling down all those options but yes you are right. The Chairman also sold down 1/3 of his holdings. Pretty incredible thing to do after embarking on a major acquisition binge with the consensus saying ALL is going to the moon.
I am going to be very weary once the acquisitions have to be integrated and the founders/management move on. Goodwill write downs will likely follow.
Thats in 2 years by the way.
