Ann: API - 2017 AGM arrangements, page-6

Well, it could be that its not worth owning the shares until after we see how much of a dent Amazon might have on the sector, and judging by how so few people comment on HC and the number of my comments have been removed indicates something sensitive about this sector. I favour API more than another group I dare not mention but it does seem that sales have been achieved by heavy discounting on a whole range of health and beauty products so the profit margins have been squeezed not only for API but more so for others but we won't know till others report their numbers really. MF has been recommending them just this week so the sellers have been lucky if some extra buyers have possibly come from their recommendations. What are chances of a takeover of API and from whom and why would anyone bother?
