Original funding agreement was 7 months for payback from Blue Cap last year from original draw down, and that 7 months has passed and I am not sure how much has been paid down. I think original funding was $7.9m with a "fee" $2.4m all to be repaid within 7 months (please confirm numbers I may be wrong from memory) Someone has previously posted an article where a company blue cap provided funding too did not make their repayments in time and then Blue Cap essentially acquired them Will be interesting to see what occurs AIMO DYOR etc etc
