Yes HRR is quite different but the damage has been done and the cap is raised so I bought some !
I expect it to be very profitable ,some of their ore is above ground (tailings) so doesn't have to be mined but their U/G reserve is over 14% Zn eq ..
To put things in context 125 t/d* = below 50,000 tpa .
HRR are puting in a 1.5 million tpa plant !!!
Economies of scale !
Mine life from memory 9 years .
Now a little faith required that they can mine profitably but with those grades.... apart from that I consider it compelling .
It's good to compare to put things in perspective .
The CAP EX comment ....or it could mean Tony was being wildly optimistic ....does depend to some extent on the size of the operation but in my experience the small ones are to avoided .I also try to avoid companies raising CAPEX .Usually a painful time for investors .
If you are interested to see the sort of project I believe likely to be debt financed and if you haven't already ....BRB .Their drillers are paid in (undiscounted) shares .
*the figure came from a preliminary costing of a mill by another mex based company that Dolce ref'd to .Apparently Tony mentioned .
Needless to say I wasn't impressed by the cheapness of the mill considering the size !
