That's how I interpret all of this (could be wrong) but the 4th was willing, and DID pay up but because of the other 3 the Sans deal fell through therefore voiding their side of the agreement so they got their coin back while we have pursued the remaining 3 for damages. I doubt we'll see the whole amount BUT I also doubted we'd reach this stage so smoothly either so they could continue to surprise me for the better!
Well done to the board for this!

If we get a large sum from this I would also suggest that the 'willing' investor may even be welcomed back to the fold if they can get their hands on a quality oil asset, but that's a whole other story and a fair bit ahead of myself.
