one of the reasons the skin cancer scanner didnt make it was that the GOLD STANDARD for diagnosis was biopsy and doctros use gold standards so that if they stuff up their PI insurnaces will pay out... I dont think the scanner gave doctrors enough confidence...nt because it wasnt fantastic but that it wasnt recognised a a Gold standard..... so from their perspective why risk their livelihood?
