FY17 Audited Financials - accumulated losses?

Hi all,

I've been following LiveTiles the last few weeks and believe in it's growth potential. I'm looking to make an investment and currently trying to get a better understanding of their FY17 audited financials. I'm hoping fellow investors on HC can share your thoughts.

What's the driver on the Group's balance sheet under Note 2 (Parent Information) with accumulated losses of $347m? Just trying to understand why there's such a big gap compared with the consolidated balance sheet with accumulated losses of only ~$24m for the Australian entity.
