And, as you have said on virtually every line, 'what I think' or 'what I expect'.
Central Me'ekamui JV does not have the KEY landowner group 'signed up', they afre a 50/50 partner in the consortium!
I am sick of all you people, and I put you, blackskinpla, in the group with all our BCL friends (not), decrying & rubbishing Phillip Miriori.
What he has achieved in the past 6/9 months is amazing.
The rejection of BCL is down to him & the work he & his team did on the ground in Bougainville.
And BCL has been rejected, there will be nothing out of the hat.
They may appeal, but on what grounds? The ABG went far out of their way to support them & they still lost. The law is clear, 2 years in the wilderness.
It was hard enough for the ABG to turn around their support of 9 months for BCL & uphold the law by rejecting BCL. To expect them, in the same breath, to acknowledge Central Me'ekamui's bid was asking much too much.
However I am sure the ABG now know the law, they know who has the right support & who has the right plan to resurrect this mine & the Bougainville economy with it.
That recognition will come, sooner rather than later, & Bougainville, it's people, the SMLOLA & the landowners of Panguna will all be much better off for that recognition.
