I believe RTG was able to enlist the support of Minister "x". And I believe they are trying to mend the fences with the rest of the BEC and the President. I dont think there is too much support from anyone else.
Personally, I think its too little too late. The staged development proposal is falling on deaf ears.
I wish I could say more but its best to leave it at that.
Lets see after the referendum. Or in 2020, since Pres. Momis is retiring by then. Good luck
