LAX holding is a pittance compared to others. John or Frank dont seem to comprehend a better business bureau. Possibly more the opposite in chasing ideas no matter the cost. Has however known to be succesful.
Respectfully suggest you send them correspondence outlining your concerns. Not sure why you would make suggestions in an open forum.
