Issued 1mil shares with a prospectus then I can understand..
Giving a lousy 1k shares for $240 to a director, and then spent ten of thousand of the company money to prepare a prospectus ?. Lost your common sense I see ..
Tell me which section of the listing rule required that silly issuance ?
