The one thing that stood out to me was the question of register of land titles, I must admit that I'm not an expert on Brazilian mining law but is that statement about land title a standard thing with all Brazilian mining tenure or is there potentially something unresolved or needing to be resolved about title/tenure first? The other conditions seem pretty typical and easy to understand but just wasn't sure about the title stuff that was highlighted in yellow.

Good luck to people who had to put up with the long period of suspension.... this will be interesting to see where it all goes.

You're skeptical about the wrong stocks.

The land title thing is just a tedious formality, sorting out the farmers papers. It'll be sorted out in a week or three: "currently being expedited". If it was an issue they'd have to tell us.
