Got to admit I was in the "skeptical" group along with you and I got in post suspension for a very small holding - just to see where this all goes if nothing else...

The one thing that stood out to me was the question of register of land titles, I must admit that I'm not an expert on Brazilian mining law but is that statement about land title a standard thing with all Brazilian mining tenure or is there potentially something unresolved or needing to be resolved about title/tenure first? The other conditions seem pretty typical and easy to understand but just wasn't sure about the title stuff that was highlighted in yellow.

Good luck to people who had to put up with the long period of suspension.... this will be interesting to see where it all goes.
