Ye from the spiel after the votes in the Ann it states it was the major SH.
Unless im missing something, the consol and RI wouldn't have effected them had they taken it up in full (along with all other major holders). Maybe they didnt like the acq? I havent dug into it at all really. @minoil dont suppose you have found a way to find out how much someone spent on a tenement/project etc before they prep it for a vend?
