    the whole idea behind IvyKoin is that it is NOT anonymous like the other cryptos.. therefore deterring criminal activity.

    I don't think you could sue CCA if you made a loss on IvyKoin. That would be like suing CBA for facilitating a share trade which you ended up losing money on. In addition, CCA is one step removed as they are just funding and supporting the IvyKoin project, so unsure they could be held liable.
