But when you're trading at cash backing, it's hard to lose a lot. If East Cadillac turns out to be a dud, CHN have more than enough coin to roll the dice on something else. Trading at cash backing minimises the potential loss and maximizes the potential gain. This is a great punt under 20 cents, IMO. If East Cadillac proves the goods, it could double very quickly.
