Well Tran my comment that it was funny reading about how ASIC will chase these directors made me laugh. But reading this morning how PEZ is being liquidated almost made me cry.

Just as well XPD isn't aren't trading. Share Price could fall from, oh wait. I think PEZ had $120m cash in the bank just like we supposedly have $50m. PEZ had a call for a $10m payment couldn't make. I can only hope their choice to liquidate is strategic. Dream on- liquidation for a listed company usually means nothing is there and its the end of the road. Would an XPD liquidation/ wind up order be better for us as well? At least we could all get the cash back (if its there) and we can let godfather have the shoe business?

Do we think anything not bolted down will still be found by the liquidators?
