Yeah well interest on the money plus the increase in value of the company investments pretty much balances it out. The practical reality is that we can only go with the best available information.
Stocks like this are easy to figure out to be egregiously undervalued. There's no great need to nitpick every last dollar, because the margin of error is literally tens of millions in favour of undervalued
