Cap raise would make sense. I cant see a deal being on the table, theyd have to announce and i cant imagine anything was tee'd up over Christmas. Deal cant be to far off getting closer and closer to being in a position to start production, just need something they can take to the bank to justify a loan substantial enough to build a plant. Not keen to buy in till that look the case though.
