Marks has beem on for 9 months so mot long and I think this year's end of fy reports should be used to grade his success and justification for onequickstep and focusing work tenders.
I am in the same boat as you having been long term and watched lots of promising talk turn into very little but at this price I would say it's worth a small gamble so I'll give it a buy. May sell down later this year I think.
