Wow, seems pretty catagorical to me... its just about collecting now, I presume Singapore court enforment action is well underway. IMO that will put the blow torch to their undies....
What silly buggers really.....what on earth were they thinking not paying.....one has to wonder about Sanstons hand in all this they would easily be 3-4* their investment by now.
It also demostrates the quality and integrity of Cosimo as CEO of XST, he had arranged an absolute ripper of a deal following the strategy outlined in May 2016. Pay day will be gratifying. I hope he can press the button quickly on an acquision and put the cash to work. A high cash balance sheet for a company like XST can putcross hairs on your back and not necessarily in the interests of shareholders.
