My estimate: net debt will be reduced to $2.6 by end of 2017; and FCF $250m at POO $62.
Plenty of FCF. Therefore, they have two options:
(1) - reduce net debt below $2b before the end of 2018; or
(2) - reduce debt by $100m each Q and have a 15 cents dividend per H
