At 31 August they had 1,848 shareholders, of which 792 were holding less than marketable parcels. Most of those shareholders would be eligible for the SPP as very few would be outside AUS/NZ and there'd only be a handful of institutions. I doubt too many new shareholders came onto the register between 31 Aug and the CR in November as most of the big trading around Laura's appointment was in mid August.
Based on more than 1,000 shareholders, you don't need too much interest to see a significant scale back happening. Personally I'm more interested in how they approach it - i.e. will they give more allocation to large holders or just do it equally against application amounts.
