Wouldnt this make you believe in a company as opposed to
SSN , directors get a pay rise ???
1. NAG directors have not been paid Director's Fees since 30 June 2017
2. The incentive options have always been issued with exercise prices at least 50% higher than the SP (in the early days they were often 300% to 400% above the SP). I doubt any company in the world has ever done that before
