I agree with most of this but I think IDX would consider a takeover at the right price and will insist on a higher offer. The freeze on rebates for radiology has been in place for a long time and will continue for another 2 years. I could see how some of the holders would be tempted to take the money. As you said, hope CAJ see reason and not increase their offer.
