What you say int he first sentence is quite possible ...although if they like it why would Tech dilly dally ?

Last sentence ..jump in SP .. might well be the reverse as it was with HRR !

As a general rule I try to avoid companies passing from the explorer to the developer stage...SP more likely to fall,( for moths and even years), than rise according to what I see with other companies because of raising/dilution .

Promontorio ....RIO walked but AZS lost nothing and just gained a little drilling for free .
AZS in control of Pro. destiny now.... that does have a JORC resource ...Tony could have put his efforts into a scoping study on developing that if he wanted to !
I don't know why this hasn't been pursued , I'll assume there's a reason but personally would be more inclined to be supportive of that than O.
