Von in a nutshell BCL's critical mass includes ( not in any order):
(i) majority ownership by the ABG and PNG govts that amongst other things minimises sovereign risk ;
(ii) the overwhelming majority of landowners backing;
(iii) the detailed data base of the mine and its resources ; and
(iv) a fully experienced mining team and access to former staff eager to return.
All this points to funding being available on more favourable terms than others can expect.
