I was delayed in responding to you while I sought advice from Neurotech on what further we can communicate on this matter.


In response:

1 – You’re correct, we require the trial results to submit to FDA.
2 – Again, you’re correct in saying this isn’t the case. Neurotech makes the submission to the FDA, not the lead investigator.


To provide further detail that is being sent to other shareholders who have enquired since the announcement yesterday:

As stated in the company’s announcement of the same day, the results of the study and trial will not be available to Neurotech or the public until they are published.  The company was advised of this by the party responsible for the clinical trial.  The study is independent and blind, Neurotech has no control over the study or the timing of the publication of the results of the study.  Neurotech will continue to inform the ASX of news in relation to the study immediately as any such news is available to Neurotech.
