You think a 10% scale version of the plant outlined in the DFS is going to be profitable when DY price is currently at around $US179 while the DFS used a Dy price of uS$684

But no one will know if the R&D pilot plant will be profitable or not because no one knows what the price of Dy will be when the plant starts production. And no one knows what the COP will be either

You should ask @Tremeer how insightful it was going to all those NTU investor presentations over the years. Not one of the companies REO price or demand forecasts published in its quarterly reports and presentations have ever been anywhere near accurate so would be absolutely pointless hearing it from GB himself.
