I haven't seen anything to suggest that this is definitely off track. The peer review phase may take about 3 months*, which means that the results can be verified and peer-reviewed by March (which is still Q1 2018). The timeline only says that these results are likely to be published in the Q2 edition of a medical journal.

With the peer-reviewed clinicial trial data, the FDA shouldn't take more than 3 weeks* to process and hopefully approve a submission.

* I got these estimates from asking a friend who is doing his Masters after graduating in Medical Science. So I'm not claiming to know these timeframes for sure, but he probably knows a thing or two about the scientific process in medical research
