He is a very blinkered individual. I'm thinking he's long and wrong in RWD.
I happened to look over at the RWD thread and noticed the battle going on over there regarding who has the better project. I went to great lengths in an earlier post here to explain what I thought were inconsistencies in the pump test data provided by RWD. I think I called it "Comparing Apples and Apples". Sevo argued at that time that the issue was the Ruane had tried to do a deal with the indigenous land owners and it didn't work so therefore it wouldn't work for AMN.....clearly now wrong.
The more I look at both these stocks the happier I am that I ditched RWD then went all in to AMN. The inconsistencies in their (RWD's) trench flow data is blindingly obvious. If they had enough trench flow to support operations why would they even bother to start talking about bores in to paleo channels?
But the bit that made me laugh the most was questioning the abilities of the directors as "they are just stock brokers" and "good salespeople". That's really scraping the bottom of the barrel. What if he's a really intelligent, honest, hard working chap who spotted an opportunity and ran with it? What is he's just like Andrew Forrest who was also just a stock broker? Hell, I used to collect trolleys!
