EGA certainly is a backwater, but the real value is long terms so I am happy to hold and get the 50% CGT discount
The nice thing about the ore sorters is you can just add more if you need. They really are a game change for resources like Rothsay that are high grade, but narrow since you can avoid the ore dilution that comes with chasing a narrow vein.
An interesting question that was sort of hinted at in this announcement is can the old tailings at Rothsay be put through the sorter. I have seen this done with other tailings and I suspect that there is a fair amount of gold sitting around on the surface at Rothsay that might be easily accessible now. This would really get the AISC down and speed up production.
