e_i, Q1,2&3- like everyone else i will deal with whatever situation i am confronted with. I'm not sure why you think it best to get out before the agm. I see it as a chance to get answers to my concerns.
Q4- That's private and i have no more to say on this matter other than any concerned s/holder should seek legal advice, if just to understand what options they have available.

Everyone is free to do whatever they wish but i intend to just sit tight and wait for the agm. I've held a stake in GPN since late 2003 when they were thinking of buying the Union Reefs mine. I don't mind waiting a short while longer.
