Yes it has lost its luster. CTX SP seems to have lost the uncertainty that BP-Woolworths appeal might not succeed. It is still possible although unlikely that BP and WOW will appeal and win.
The CTX SP seems to have taken back the WOW supply agreement and believed it will continue the revenue stream for CTX.
