i think by reading between the lines the ramp up will come when this debt facility is approved, and i don't think he can really say that to me which is fair enough until this facility is approved and announced
there was another part of the email i didn't paste which basically says they are well in advanced disucssions with a mature lender..will make an ann to market once drawdown date confirmed
