I took it to mean that they saw the share price as massively undervalued and so a great use of funds. The broker has been very disciplined and done well. I look forward to them eventually paying a dividend, but I guess they've seen this as in the best interest of all shareholders in the meantime given the relatively low valuation on the company at present.
