hahaha you should change your user name to 'enigma'. Earlier on you post:

"I can see this company's share price solidly trading over $6 in the not too distant future. One of the best performers on ASX. A must in any portfolio IMO. Esh"

Then later on you tell us you sold out in the low $5. Why would anybody who confidently predicts that they can see a SP "solidly trading over $6 in the not too distant future" sell out in the low $5 mark.

Bizarre investing and trading behaviour to say the least. There are 2 golden rules for being successful in this caper:

1. Time in the market
2. Timing the market

You broke both of them with your NST holdings. As I have posted for years with this stock it is the classic company to hold a 'core' parcel while playing with a 'trading' package. Not many resource stocks become investment grade and NST achieved that some while back. Very bad practice to sell 'core' parcels in stocks like this even if the waves can be large at times, just learn to surf better.

For the record, I'm waiting for one of those short term pullbacks to reload my trading package, but I will not be selling my core parcel unless something fundamentally drastic happens with this company. NST is a long term wealth builder that does not come along very often in this caper. In fact, there might even be long term shareholders who have done better in wealth creation by just holding this stock versus even the best traders that have come and gone in NST over the years.
