I've been watching wholesale prices in NSW/Vic closely where the bulk of TPC's energy customers are and they have been very sombre. This will be great for energy retailers as most of them have risen their fees quite high but wholesale rates haven't lived up to the horrors people thought they'd be.
It seems the ratings for CovaU are quite decent as well. I spoke to the customer service and they seem alright, for busy people the 24x7 service by phone must be great.
