They just raised $30mill in a heartbeat with a very low discount. There is institutional support.
The loan was/is 12% with capitalised interest. Walford Creek was bought out of administration in 2014 with a vendor loan. It was a hugely counter cyclical purchase. Management know what they are doing. They have been waiting patiently for this boom time to come.
