Look I understand you are long and excited about your new found "bargain" punt but in every post you are making fundamental errors showing your lack of knowledge of the industry, annual cycles , peak sales times, management, finances, position in market and what current YOW management have done to the Yowie Brand. Using metrics for takeover etc totally ignores so many factors in this example.

If it rises it won't be for the reasons you have stated and not in the time frame noted.
