Its all good to do plenty of research on the subject of RE and I'm sure both of you have educated yourselves on the subject. After nearly 4000 posts mostly on NTU and LYC it appears that it is you who is out of your depth , at least when it comes to investing .
Normally I don't take investment advice from anonymous posters online but if I did so it definitely wouldn't be from the likes of you and aushed who's only investment seems to have been in a single stock. And not even a very successful one at that.
