Mate if these are the questions you are asking you shouldn't be investing.
Its a spec play in a small SaaS co that uses AI in its infancy. Its got decent cashflow, revenue, prospects and exposure to the US (HELLO AUD HEDGE)... tightly held stock.. good mngt with skin in the game and few peers in niche area.
Others have done a better job of analysing than me.
DYOR and only play with what you are comfortable with. Could be a buck, could be 2c, we could all be vaporized by a nuclear holocaust in the morning.
