I think the worm has turned too much for the governments to outlaw crypto's. They have a role to play as does the blockchain technology. Banks are too slow and fee ridden. Yes, also done well out of Ripple, plus Etherium and NEO
I am watching the Chinese Govt with NEO, could be an interesting month
