PS "what protracted ligation?" Would you care to provide links or proof of that? There is only speculation as nothing has been publicly released as to what the ongoing discussions were about. Yes, we have an outcome again which we can speculate on.... but the details? Big call declaring it "protected ligation". Really was KZA taking NOX to court about the ownership of NOX66. That would be news!!! I thought they announced they had entered into a collaboration to help, nothing about any litigation.
