How can you hold them accountable if you know they are fail?
Their guidance should have been taken with a grain of salt. They say 55 percent, you half it to be conservative.
If the horse can't run and continues to run poorly you do not bet they it will based on what the trainer is telling you. No matter how he explains the track record speaks for itself.
